Saturday Activities Kickoff @ 8AM
Racing....Dragon Boat Races Start @ 9AM Sharp in the Carolina Beach Yacht Basin with the finish line at the Carolina Beach Marina. This stretch of water will be home to the Dragon Boat Races all day on Saturday. Dragon Boat Teams will embark and disembark at STOKED Restaurant Docks and the finish line will be at the end of their Deck. The course is designed to be 300 Meters and teams will initially race against the clock and Head to Head in the final division competition.
Team races go off every 10 minutes
Division Winners are recognized on the Main Stage at 4PM
Where can I watch from? The entire marina area and surrounding green space and lots along both Canal and St Joseph Street will be great vantage points to view the race.
The Team Village will be in the Parking Lot behind the SeaWitch along Canal Drive
The Awards Ceremony will take place in the Team Village

FRIDAY EVENING THE 16TH IS THE REGATTA KICKOFF PARTY AT THE SEAWITCH CAFE AND TIKI BAR. BAND STARTS AT 6PM AND COMPETITING TEAMS WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT 7PM. FUN NIGHT OF ENTERTAINMENT AND CHANCE TO MINGLE WITH VARIOUS TEAM MEMBERS....
